TWR Colour Specification was Steel Exterior with Isis Blue Interior
This is as rare as it gets for the XJS owners, you will not have one of these parked next to you at classic car or Jaguar event.
This is a genuine TWR, the work having been carried out at Kiddlington. The original bill for the TWR conversion work back in 1986 was short of 24K.
This is believed to be the only 6. 0ltr, manual ZF Gearbox Cabriolet produced.
It was not fitted with the body kit so it remained a wolf in sheep's clothing.
The build specification is shown but additionally the car has had a rear seat conversion done in the same TWR specification. This is a single owner car which has been garaged laid up for the last 12 years, with 13 dealer stamps the last being 30/ 08/ 05 at a mileage of 60166.
The car is available for purchase as is, or to be re commissioned with light restoration at our Watjag workshops near Bakewell Derbyshire. The car is as we found it apart from having a wash. Having checked the car over before collection it started straight away and was driven back to our workshop.
The car is mechanically very good but will require some body work and trim freshening, wheel restoration and new tyres.
