1995 MuZ / MZ Silver Star Classic 500
If you are viewing this advert then you are most likely already familiar with this
Rotax powered, single cylinder 500 cc variant of MZ.
A rare sight when new (mainly due to its less than competitive price and the stigma of its budget MZ brand name). Even rarer today.
This MZ is offered with full history, including original owners manual, service books, sales literature and MoT certificates.
First registered 12th July 1995
Only 28, 400 miles (45, 693km) Like all MZ’s of this era, the odometer records in km.
The good points: paintwork is in excellent condition, the bike runs and rides well, fully working. Currently the MoT has expired however I have booked it in for Mot so it is offered with 12 months MoT.
The bad points: there is some surface rust to the wheel rims and some light corrosion to the wheel hubs. Cosmetically, the cylinder head could do with a proper clean and repainting.

Overall this MZ is in good condition but it is a 20+ yr old motorcycle so is showing some signs of age.
I offer this reluctantly for sale, I have two other motorcycles (including another MZ) and this bike simply doesn’t get ridden.
My hope is that this MZ will find an enthusiast to look after it for the future
