Starts instantly and runs very well indeed, very smooth clutch and gears, brakes and handbrake working well, pulls like a train and is very steady at speed down the road. Power steering, pick up hitch, mulit service points, working wiper, indicators, brake lights, dry cab.
Only 5129 hrs on none working clock and nominal pedal wear suggest this is not far off correct. Currently on an Irish reg number, no log book, original ID plate present, so easily UK registered.
No obvious leaks or drips after the run back, very good to drive, Google search suggest its 78HP Perkins AD4 engine, year approx 1984, will lift a huge 1900kg on the rear arms and weighs 4. 5 tonne.
Cab has tin worm just about everywhere, but nothing fell off or got worse during the journey home, all the glass is present apart from the small bit behind the seat, right side door stuck closed, left works well and clicks shut.
Very capable and powerful tractor that runs like a Swiss clock, will do a big job for little money.
