Lomax 223 for sale.
Handles and drives really well. Cosmetically challenged after living outdoors for 12 months in Scotland - gel coat has faded and the chrome work has rust spots. Now Located in West Midlands.
MOT until June 2019.
Converted in 1992 by a member of the Citroen Specials Club, who has sadly since passed away.
Bought by me in March 2014. I've covered 15, 000 between then and now. If you know Lomaxes you'll know there's always work that needs doing on them - the major things I've done or had done are:
2014: Custom made oil cooler and proper swaged hoses built and fitted by Pirtek in Cambridgeshire.
2015: Top end rebuild, heads reconditioned by Ivor Searle in Soham.
2016: Front wheel bearings and kingpins renewed by 2CV/ Lomax specialist in Bury St Edmunds
2018: Engine swopped for replacement unit after catastrophic oil loss in Scotland.
