1960 Triumph 5TA Speed Twin 500 cc Matching engine and frame numbers Classic "Bath Tub" and all steel . Engine and gearbox rebuild 2013 and only 200 miles covered since . Supporting invoices supplied . Launched in 1959 , Triumphs first unit construction engine giving out a respectable 27HP giving 92 mph . 1966 saw the last of the Speed Twins . Bath Tub styling of its day was quite forward thinking and a appealed to all year round riders although removed by others . This particular Speed Twin is in excellent condition , Lovely shiny body work , Excellent chrome , Good tyres , New battery , Excellent chain and sprockets . Easy starter and rides extremely well .
