Hummer H1 1994 Civilian Version.
Driven only 87 000 miles!
Jussi Salonoja (Finnish film producer) had originally acquired this vehicle.
It was inspected (MOT/ TUV) in August 2018.
In good shape, restored using many new original parts.
New tires, gearbox repaired, almost all chassis joints, prop shaft joints and bearings, brake pads, all oils and fluids.
Hand polished wheels.
There were many changes for Hummer in 1994, the drive train changes were probably the most significant.
While the ’92 and ’93 models had a 6. 2L engine and 3 speed transmission, the ’94 version came standard with a 6. 5L engine with an additional 20 hp and 40 lb ft of torque and a 4 speed transmission.
The 4 speed transmission allowed the Hummer to cruise at much lower RPM reducing the noise level at highway speed considerably. Top speed went from about 73 mph to 83 mph.
Also new for ’94 was the availability of luxury features such as power windows, power door locks, power mirrors and cruise control. Approximately 718 H1s were produced for the ’94 model year.
