Beskrivning
The Banjo GT was built between 1968- 1970 in Mineral City, Ohio/ USA. The Banjo was built as Coupe and Convertible.
Today it is known how many of these cars do still exist.
But this Banjo GT (1 of 11 ever built) is most probably the only existing one in Europe.
Base of the Banjo GT was a frame from Chevrolet, produced between 1955- 1957, which had to be adjusted.
The engine was taken from Ford Mustang
(Stallblock, 289CUI, 1966)
The body is made of GFK.
This Banjo GT (Number 4) has been renovated in 2005 in the USA and has been exported to Germany in 2009.
