Affordable off farm road registered MF135 in good running order, one to use and improve, lots of recent engine work complete, runs very well.
Starts instantly like a 135 should and runs cleanly with no smoke when pushed hard. All the gears select easily in both hi & lo, clutch is smooth. Brakes do work and will hold on a hill, but they are not brilliant. Lift arms work quickly, PTO selects easily, comes with working pick up hitch, foot throttle, front weight frame and a top link. Tyres are all good with plenty of tread, no slows or leaks, some age cracks visible.
We’re told the tractor recently had a short motor fitted, no invoices but the starter motor, alternator, exhaust, battery and filters are all very recently fitted, so clearly a lot of work completed. The tin work whilst not well finished is fairly solid all round, good wing tops and a straight bonnet.
Only got 3585 hours on none working clock. Road registered in Feb 1979 and checked at the DVLA, log book will need applying for. The tractor is complete with its original serial plate showing the correct serial number.
Has an after-market power steering fitted, not currently working, allegedly a leaking pipe, not looked, steers fine as it is. Has loader brackets fitted, no loader available. No cab doors, no battery cover just what you see.
A tractor with a lot of potential, will happily work away or a great base for a full restoration.
