Z1000 A1 1978 uk registered modified show winning custom.
Engine rebuilt and bored out to 1105cc wiseco pistons. APE valve guides and seats. APE billet cam chain tensioner. Mikuni flatside
carbs. DynaS ignition and coils. Predator stainless steel headers and collector with carbon D&D race can (loud!!). Hydraulic clutch conversion. Less than 1500 miles since rebuild. Dyno'd at rear wheel 105bhp.
Frame braced and powdercoated metallic grey.
Front end. Zx7R late model upside down forks. Lengthened internally 40mm &50mm externally to attain the correct ride height. Internals changed to suit. One off billet yokes specially made. Front wheel and brakes from ZX7R. Rear swingarm and shock from GSXR600. Rear wheel ZX7R.
Seat is a leather Corbin 'gunfighter & lady' and rearsets Harris Performance.
All work has been done to very high standards & i have all the receipts.
Bike handles like a modern machine and corners nimbly and stops way better than the original. Really don't want to sell but unfortunately do to health reasons i cannot ride anymore.((
