We are delighted to present this very early 1988 Mercedes C124 230CE.
A nicely specced model presented in arctic white with a beautiful blue cloth interior. She looks excellent on the road with refurbished 12 hole Mercedes alloys. The service history on this car is excellent containing original book pack including a fully stamped service book and previous mot’s. This is one of the best coupes on the market having benefited from plenty of recent work to make sure this Coupé is in excellent condition.
As you can see from the photos the exterior of this car presents excellently. The colour combination on this car is just perfect for the C124. The car sits up very well on four recently refurbished alloys with matching tyres all round. The quality of the paint on this car is excellent with no mismatched panels. This car has not been welded or patched and still retains its original rust protection.
The interior of this car is excellent, complete zebrano wood, sun roof and electric windows. All carpets, seats and head cloth are excellent and are in remarkably good condition for a 30 year old car.
Mechanically this car is spot on. Having been maintained regardless of cost it’s entire life she has wanted for nothing. Most recently the car had had new shocks, springs, suspension components in the rear, rear pads and a full fluid and filter service on both the engine and gearbox. At this time the plugs, rotor and distributor cap were replaced including genuine Mercedes plug leads.
On the road this car performs effortlessly and the cabin is extremely quiet. Complete with invoices, mots, tax discs, service manuals, a fully stamped service book and two keys.
This has to be one of the best Mercedes 230CE’s available that could be used as an everyday classic or a weekend classic.
