Very rare now 1968 Raleigh Wisp moped. Photo evidence of recent restoration down to a bare frame. Painted in Gold as they originally were. Engine stripped and rebuilt. Slight pitting on handle bars and brake levers. I believe these to be the same as a Chopper. 3 owners from new with a current V5. Mileage unknown as they don't have a speedo. Engine now runs super quiet. Complete with original shopper bag on the back. This is a true throwbackmakes a great display piece but fully registered and legal to use. Priced very well and is firm, no offers please.
