Everybody wants a 135, very usable tractor, they go up in value faster than “Bitcoin” and you can get anything for them, here’s an affordable one you can easily add value to, available now as a bargain trade sale, buy it before we find time to put through the workshop and sell it for hundreds more.
Starts instantly like a 135 should, runs well, pulls well, no smoke when pushed hard and keeps very good oil pressure on a working gauge, we are told the engine was completely rebuilt two years ago.
Clutch is smooth, plenty of bite and no judder in reverse, brakes are working, holding on a steep hill without having to stand up on the pedal, handbrake not working. No signs of breathing or oil splatter when you lift out the dip stick with the engine running, see the video.
PTO selects and stops when disengaged, untried tipper pipe fitted and original swinging drawbar. All four tyres are ok with no slows or leaks, one front is nearly new. Steering is good, not wobbling about or worn.
Has a tired Lambourne cab fitted with just the one door, could be improved or removed, wings have some tin work but they are solid and not wobbling about, original bonnet which is fairly straight. None of the fitted lights are working.
Not sure of the year, it has only 2380 hours on what looks to be an original clock, we cant confirm these low hours. Serial number unknown, will be sold with engine / casting numbers and Irish reg number on the invoice.
Lift arms currently not working, the rear end oil is like treacle, they did work when we bought it, albeit very slowly, most likely will be gunked up, the tractor has been unused for some time, it’s a 135 parts are pennies and the tractor priced accordingly.
