Mercedes C180 Auto – Time Warp Example
In October 1986 work began on a successor to the hugely successful (W201) 190. The final design by Murat Gunak went into testing during 1989 and in May 1993, the first generation W202 C-Class was introduced. The saloon was the company's entry-level model with styling themes carried over from the previous W201 series. This proved to be the last generation of compact Mercedes saloons - the A-Class was introduced in 1997.
Widely recognised as the final small Mercedes saloon the C180 offers a great combination for the driver looking for a practical classic car that will do absolutely everything in an understated package.

On the road the Mercedes does not disappoint. She drives like a two-year-old car propelling you along with the minimum of fuss and maximum of comfort. The unmarked interior is like stepping back in time and all controls work exactly as you would expect.
