The W123 series was launched on 1975 as a replacement for the W114. The wide headlights differentiated it from the vertically stacked lamps of the W114 but gave it a family resemblance R107 SL and the then newly launched S-Class. Almost bullet proof in construction, as proven by the high mileage many of these cars have done.

The condition is generally good with no obvious corrosion to the bodywork, brightwork good, interior is showing some sign of wear as shown on our online photographs, engine is good with no obvious knocking and new tyres have been fitted recently. In fact, some £9, 000 plus has been spent maintaining and restoring this vehicle which is backed up with an extensive invoice file and dozens of photographs on a memory stick.
