Just needs Insurance which is also very cheap as historical (I spend only 30£ per year)

Weight is 40 kg so it can be lifted and placed inside a flat or in the garden for security reasons. I normally leave mine in my locked shed and in a bike box in my hospital. I had 8 bigger Vespas stolen in 4 years and I don't trust leave any bigger bike locked anywhere on the street or even in a private road.
Can be used in all uk roads legally including the north circular but not in any motorways.
After 25/ 20/ 2021 I will sell at 3000£ since the Ulez will be spread all around London so grab a nice deal.
With Brexit is now super expensive to import mopeds from Italy and they are asking lots of documents and duty taxes.
The price reflects the money spent to buy it (1000 Euros) to import it to UK (500 Euros) to register it to DVLA (75£) and the fact that it is a vintage moped for Collectors.
