1993 Mercedes-Benz 220E W124 Automatic Petrol Saloon
Supplied new in Surrey in May 1993, this car boasts only one previous owner (2 in total). The more recent owner purchased the car in 2002 and kept it until July 2021 as an occasional driver.
The car has just been MOT'd with an only advisory for an "minor exhaust leak" and "Front Anti-roll bar pin or bush worn but not resulting in excessive movement both sides outer bushes". Both minor issues not in need of immediate attention but otherwise has a clean bill of health.
The car runs and drives just like any W124 should: quietly, comfortably and smoothly. Naturally, over the 96, 000 miles it has covered, it has picked up the odd scuff but in short this car wants for nothing but driving and enjoying.
It has just had an oil service carried out by us and also has a functional Scorpion alarm and immobiliser system fitted. All windows, sunroof, radio etc. work. There is however very little history with the car though the most recent owner and the car have been known to us for years.
