Sad sale due to lack of use, I’ve decided to sell my Ford MK1 Transit camper, I bought it five years ago and it has been a pleasure to own. Just completed a 350 miles trip to wales and back,,, never missed a beat,,, it’s a 1974 ford transit Mk1, has been modernised by upgrading the engine to a 2. 5 di engine ,,, best engine ever made,, and it has four speed overdrive gearbox. She sits at 65mph happily on the motorway.. just had four good year tyres fitted.. and fully serviced plus new cam belt. The interior is proper wood not mdf has a gas cooker, and a sink with onboard water tank and electric tank.. pop top roof, seating area with table.. recently fitted with leisure battery and inventor electric 240 hook up with plug sockets with usb.. comes with its own private reg 4 FUL .. I have posted a pic of the Reg 5 FUL which online it is sale for £15, 000…. underneath the vehicle is in excellent condition NEVER been welded.. I have it resprayed 5 years ago to freshen it up and she still looks fabulous…. A few blemishes but looking well for 51…May take classic PX
