Description
The Hillman Super Minx is a family car which was produced by Hillman from 1961 to 1967. It was a slightly larger version of the Hillman Minx, and benefited from the larger 1725cc engine which was only available in the Mk3 version.
Mr Darcy's are offering for sale, this really nice example of the Mk3 which is in excellent condition. Recently acquired by ourselves from a client who upgraded to a larger classic car which he fell in love with. Due to limited storage space, he was unable to keep both cars. This lovely lady was imported in June 2019. Previous owner just spent in excess of €650 in 2020 on a new clutch, brakes, calipers, and pipes. She runs perfectly, and every switch, lever, and lights are original, and working as they should. The interior is in perfect condition, with new carpets fitted which are spotless. Seats have no rips or tears, and headlining is also in perfect condition.
She comes with a workshop manual, a good selection of paperwork, and is ready to drive away. Don't confuse this with a project, or a car needing work. This is a lovely car with great presence, performance and comfort.
