DAF 32LE Daffodil Luxe Extra 1967 in good condition
Very nice DAF 32LE Daffodil in the Luxe Extra version. Delivered new in Belgium in 1967. Once restored, but never completely finished. The exterior looks beautiful and with many original details; white indicators, written DAF logos and beautiful chrome. In addition, the body is in good condition. The underside is also in good condition and does not require welding. The Luxe Extra was also equipped with flip windows at the rear! The interior is decorated with a beautiful red/ white skai leather with the extra luxurious dashboard. The wheel arches are also covered in fabric with this version. The original 746 cc 2-cylinder boxer engine starts immediately, runs perfectly and is adjusted. The Variomatic also drives and sounds very good. In addition, we recently completely overhauled the brakes, including a new master cylinder. Drives and brakes well and is a great pleasure to drive! A test drive is therefore no problem at all.
This Daffodil 32 does not yet have a Dutch registration and we can of course help with the import of the car. With a little bit of work, this DAF will be on the road again soon.
Recently repaired:
- Engine started/ adjusted
- New fuel pump
- New master cylinder and various brake parts replaced
- Various electricity connected
What still needs to be done before the inspection:
- Check the wiring and connect details at the dashboard.
- Replace exhaust
