I've had it about 3 years, originally Dutch, I am the sole UK owner on the V5 and registered it in September 2020 and as gorgeous as it is it just doesn't suit my needs. It was a one owner car in Holland I believe. It's a Euro 3 so instantly means I can't garage it as my garage is in ULEZ.
Good points? It's nippy, good on fuel, started after a month of sitting around, rust free, long MOT, showing 195, 670kms (122, 293 miles) on the clock right this minute, two keys, it has a VERY useful towbar, book pack somewhere! Good tyres and brakes, good colour hides the dirt well, it's filthy in the pics! It's HPI clear as you'd expect!
Bad points? It's a Renault, what could possibly be wrong with it? The battery is tired of hanging around, sunroof leaks (which is why I wanted it garaged), driver's window inoperative, probably a water thing as it worked a while back. The speedo display freezes sometimes, just shows 0kmh, odometer stops recording and time stops (sadly time still marches on relentlessly) I've only done about 50kms since the MOT locally and the speedo is behaving but will misbehave again I'm sure. Like everything it has power steering, it sort of gets lighter and heavier from time to time and there is an oil leak from the back of the engine so needs topping up occasionally and can be smelt if the interior fan is not on recirculation. it has a scratch on the driver's door and apart from the marks on the engine I have no history. Radio needs to have the code put in every time, and the clock resets everytime!
