Description
This is an exceptional car. It was built by a retired tool maker in Cornwall out of a crashed 1962 Jaguar 2. 4. The Chassis is a Marlin Hunter but the rest of the car was completely reconfigured by Paul Moorhouse to accept the Jaguar drive train on Ford running gear. Most of the body is aluminium with some composite and wooden components. Other than the wings and drive train the main difference from a standard Hunter is the the bulkhead is 6” further back to accommodate the 120 bhp Jaguar which has left good leg room for the two seater cockpit rather than the standard four seater. The car weighs 700kg and is very exciting to drive. I am the second owner and when I purchased the car it had sat for 15 years in the forge were it was build and had only had light use before that.
I am reluctantly selling so that I can focus on other projects.
