Being a 2007 example, its the first year of the 'redesigned' XKR, although outside it looks very similar to earlier models, underneath it has the all new Aluminium chassis, shared with the F Type etc, along with many other visual and performance upgrades.
A 2+2 convertible, with a burbling supercharged V8, whats not to like.

Bodywork / Interior / Wheels etc
This XKR is finished in Metallic Black. The paintwork as you can hopefully see in the many pictures and videos on the website, is in immaculate condition. Look closer, no dings, no dents, just a lovely deep all over shine. This is an outstanding example and its clearly been looked after correctly.
Inside the high quality Ivory leather is again in excellent condition throughout. Again study the many pictures and video, this light interior complimented with the Walnut wood trim, really works. It still smells of high quality leather as you get in, you just don’t get that with later cars …
The 20 Inch alloys are all in unmarked condition, all fitted with a lovely set of Dunlop Sport tyres, all replaced in last service. Look inside these wheels and you will see the lovely Calipers with the ‘R’ logo. Its these little touches that make the difference.
Engine / Gearbox
The 4. 2 V8 Supercharged engine on this example runs and performs perfectly. As soon as you start this engine you will be addicted to the Burbling V8 tone. Not too loud, just enough to remind you of the special engine. This is a fast car, the performance is excellent and with the large amount of torque, this car pulls strongly from any rev range. When that Supercharger kicks in, is certainly moves and is certain to put a smile on your face.
The automatic gearbox on these car is perfect for this engine. Featuring Sports mode and with Paddles allowing you to select the gears if you feel like it.
History
This XKR comes with an excellent service history. No less than 11 services in 37, 000 miles, mainly by Jaguar main dealers. We have all the original manuals, a fully stamped original service book, a folder of service receipts and old Mot’s, a HPI clear certificate, both keys etc.
It was last serviced at 34, 121 (Full Service / Gearbox / 4 New Tyres), Mot’d until October 2022. Always passed its MOT’s without any fuss, will have YEARS MOT on sale ….
