This lovely Wolseley 1500 Mk3 saloon has just arrived with us. A full restoration has just been completed to a good standard. The underside is absolutely sound having had any rust removed and repaired. It has then been stone chipped and painted in colour. Many new parts have been fitted underneath. The interior has had all the seats retrimmed in grey hide and new carpets. Woodwork is excellent. All gauges are working as they should.
The bodywork again is free of any rust. All the arches and doors are lovely with good panel gaps. Rear bumper has been rechromed as has the front air intake grilles. It has had fibreglass front wings fitted as these were the preference of the owner.
On the road it has to be said that this is the nicest 1500 we have driven. It starts easily and maintains good oil pressure. There are no transmission noises and it’s a pleasure to drive
The engine bay is clean and tidy with no signs of oil or coolant leaks. It comes with its handbook, parts catalogue and workshop manual.
