Launched in 2006 (for the 2007 model year), the 997 Turbo features the legendary Mezger M97 motor. Combined with new variable turbine geometry turbo chargers and a lighter body, the relentless power delivery throughout the rev range results in an all-wheel-drive Supercar, that will launch from a standstill to 62 mph in under 4 seconds, and on to a top speed of 193 mph.
Giving you the best of both worlds, a 997 Turbo will happily mooch around at low speeds until you choose to unleash its full potential. Genuinely, it’s a Supercar you can use every day.
