Here at Old Colonel Cars, the Classic and Performance Car Agency, we have this superb, Mercedes R320 SL500. This August 2002 example has covered 93, 000 miles, features the 5. 0 V8 engine, a folding Hardtop convertible roof along with some superb 19inch AMG alloys.
Finished in Silver / Blue metallic with a Dark Grey Interior, this SL looks superb. The performance from the 5. 0 V8 is very impressive, this SL500 has alot of performance on offer. On top of this you get the amazing V8 soundtrack, on this example the noise is upgraded from the subtlety upgraded sports exhaust. A very useable performance classic to own, it can a very practical, very well appointed 2 seater sport coupe with the hard top roof closed, or the perfect summer convertible with the roof down.
This Mercedes comes with a vast options list, they were very expensive cars to purchase new. Notable options include Sat Nav, Parking Sensors, Air Conditioning, Very comfortable electric and heated seats etc etc.
This example benefits from a full service history, we have all the original manuals, a fully stamped original service book and a large folder of old service receipts / MOT’s. The owner has certainly kept on top of maintenance.
