Description
This is a lovely totally standard CBX1000Z, originally delivered to South Africa. It was brought here and then mechanically fully rebuilt by CBX guru Cary Knapton from The Supersport shed. The rebuild included engine cam chains, values, rings , clutch, and carbs, also full rebuild of brakes and replacement of all cables and tubes. The bike has new paintwork, new replica exhausts , and restored clocks, with mileage set back to zero. We have recently had the carbs rebuilt, the engine has been checked fully and has excellent compression and starts and runs exactly as a CBX should. The bike is now resplendent in lovely new black dream machine paintwork. This is a lovely CBX , that can be used every day or kept for show and those lovely sunny weekend days.
