Description
Rare DeSoto Firesweep 4-Door Sedan that was only built in 1959 in this body style. The '59 DeSoto belongs to the so-called "Forward Look" models of the Chysler Corporation - designed by Virgil Exner. Characteristic of this styling were the forward-sloping front end, the large tail fins and the curved windows.
The offered DeSoto is an honest car with patina (Surviver) and a real eye-catcher with stylish Coker Classic whitewall tyres (225/ 75R14). The paint is US-typical (thermoplastic acrylic paint) and was (probably) renewed in the 70s. The chrome parts are complete.
