The Mirage GT-Purpose built from the ground up on a near perfectly balanced chassis. The handling is incredibly nimble and the power from the BMW M6 makes her an absolute delight to drive. She has covered just over 1200 miles from new. She has always been garaged and pampered. The car was built to an incredibly high specification with all new components. Where period parts where used, they were restored from original to new i. e. the exact radio specification for the year, engine, instruments and gear box.
The Interior is beautifully re-created in the highest quality leather and wool carpets. She has been professional finished and trimmed in Red Leather, the correct steering wheel and knurling pattern matching the original ashtray. The engine is a BMW M6 from an Alpina 635csi. She is single overhead cam giving a period none electronic look. She was fully restored by a well know BMW classic company with all forged steel internals, and new parts from cam, pumps, rods and pistons.
