Recent recommisioning work:

Recondtion wheels
Strip and remove front suspension and brakes. Clean and paint all parts, re-assemble with new wheel bearings, brake discs, complete
front Poly bush kit, new brake flexi pipes, rear axle flexi pipe. Remake front Right brake line, bleed brakes and adjust rear drums and
handbrake.
Refit steering rack with new PAS pipes and new steering column UJ. Refit radiator and other parts removed for access.
Refit driver's door mirror and interior door card, change rear side window rubbers, refit wipers. Change front headlight bowls. Trace and Repair corroded wiring for front lights, rear lights, diagnose and change faulty indicator relay. Repair bad earths/ corroded connections to gauges behind dashboard. Repair oil pressure gauge feed line. Change wheel box for rear wiper and fit new wiper arm.
Remove complete exhaust system. Remove LH exhaust manifold. Strip engine and remove LH cylinder head to drill out snapped manifold studs. Re-fit cylinder head, re-assemble engine, set valve clearances. Fit exhaust Manifold with new gaskets, refit exhaust system with new clamps and mounting rubbers. Replace broken engine mounts.
Strip, clean and rebuild Carb. Fit new fuel pump. Fit new spark plugs, distributor cap, rotor arm, points and condenser. Strip dash, remove centre console, change choke cable, reassemble interior. Setup choke and throttle linkages, start engine, reset ignition timing and carb setup. Run up to temperature, check all gauges and electrical systems. Set wheel alignment. Road test.
Lower gearbox and remove gear selector mechanism, rebuild mechanism, refit and adjust. Trace wiring and repair faulty hazard light switch. Remove steering column cowl and repair intermittent screen wash. Clean connections and repair intermittent rear lights.
