I have too many projects on at the moment so have decided to sell the car. Since I originally listed it I have now got the car running (off a slave petrol supply) and it now starts readily more or less first time. The car can now be driven for loading purposes, the clutch works fine, all gears select. It was last on the road around 2015 so will require further re-commissioning to make it road worthy.
The chassis is structurally ok, the bodywork can obviously be improved and it would certainly be a candidate for the 'oily-rag' treatment. The car has four newish matching tyres, no spare, just the wheel and also a stainless exhaust system. The interior is not great, looks like a previous owner made a start on redoing it... no headlining, (new material supplied with car).
The car is presently SORN'd, I have the V5C in my name and also the original buff 'log book' and a few other bits of documentation . I have contacted DVLA and was told that the registration is transferrable. The speedo has 28158 on the clock and also after further research believe this to be correct.
