Fun, easy to maintain and great value for money: how else to describe this striking Pilgrim Bulldog!!
With the looks (but not the price tag) of the MG T Series this Mk3 Bulldog was constructed from the moulded GRP kit supplied by Pilgrim Cars of Henfield, Sussex. Weighing in at just 650kg and with engine and rear-wheel drive running gear from a 1978 Morris Marina 1. 8TC it’s an entertaining proposition. The car drives well with everything seemingly in good order whilst allowing scope for some upgrades and fettling should the next owner wish.
Looking fine in Old English White the body panels are in good condition all round. Likewise, the steel box section and chassis is sound with no sign of any corrosion. The new owner may wish to consider replacing the brown plastic Marina steering wheel to add a more sporty vibe but otherwise the inside is roomy and neatly finished in biscuit coloured trim. The hood and clip-on side panels are in great condition and work as intended.
Priced to sell. Turn some heads and grab some summer fun in this straightforward, attractive little roadster.
