This Volkswagen 181 kubel was sold new in Belgium and still carries its Belgian registration documents. This Trekker or Thing has been never restored. At some point it was painted from white into red, but overall this is a real unmolested vehicle where there hasnts been messed around with. Technical in full functional order and ready to use. Great summercruiser on land and offroad. Its roof and sidewindows are in good condition, perfect floorpans, later Kubel 181 with IRS rear axle and 1600c engine. This thing really drives nice. Hard to find so unspoiled as this example.
