Custom Moriwaki racing theme. Comes with original engine that was race tuned with wiseco pistons and high lift Cam, but the previous owner said it was too powerful for him on the road so he swapped it for the Z1R engine that is in it now.
JMC Aluminium box section swing arm, Hagon progressive adjustable rear shocks and Hagon progressive front fork springs. Excel polished rims and Avon roadrunner tyres, stainless steel spokes.
Electronic ignition and two brand new Green 3ohm Dyna coils, New battery, starts on the button with a little choke after sitting for a while. After that no choke necessary. Runs and idles very well.
It has a Harris 4 into 1 exhaust that wasn't so great on the baffle end so it's been slash cut but never got around to making a baffle for it. Customised.
Lots of spare original parts as seen in pictures to come with the bike as extras. Folder with a lot of history and Log book.
Previous owner purchased the bike in 1998, it then came into my possession on 29/ 02/ 2012 in my Fathers name. Then my name on 24/ 05/ 2018. I applied for Historic vehicle class on 16/ 09/ 2020 and for the colour to be changed from Red to Blue, but they didn’t process the colour change. Tax exempt.
The bike is in Chelmsford, Essex. My Father will be dealing with the handover as I have relocated for work. Up until that point I will be more than happy to answer any questions. The Z has been with us for over ten years and the time has come to sell.
