1999 Volvo V70 T5, manual.
Reluctantly selling my Volvo, owned since January 2019 and it's been fantastic. 185, 000 miles and it runs perfectly, pulls like a train in all gears, fast and comfortable car. Some minor cosmetic flaws, but nothing serious, to be expected of a car this age which is in weekly use. Genuine reason for sale, we did a small camper conversion this year and don't have a need for two vehicles. I've used it as my only car since I bought it, and it's been great. It's an increasingly rare car, and I'd like it to continue being enjoyed.
New Bilstein B4 shocks all round about 18 months ago, new heater matrix fitted last month. I bought it with very little service history but have looked after it, serviced by a local independent Volvo specialist. Cambelt done at 144k miles.
MOT until January 2024.
I've only ever run it on premium fuel.
Bad bits:
Patch of rust on tailgate under the number plate.
Bit of rust on bottom of rear passenger door.
Hole in leather on drivers seat – not uncommon on these cars.
Wheels would benefit from a refurb.
Car is unmodified other than the grill, and I have the original which will come with the car.
Also has the pull out load cover in the boot, slow to return but does work.
I'm open to sensible offers, car is located in Sheffield.
