Subsequent to this massive undertaking this motorcycle was sold directly to a private collector on the Isle of Man where it has been stored in a heated facility and has had little use. However, it has been fastidiously maintained and kept on the button for high days and holidays. Shortly prior to this machine’s return to the mainland it has had a full service and recommissioning as required to ensure it is completely roadworthy, on the button and ready to be ridden. Its condition can only be described as superb and this is a possibly unique opportunity to acquire a Honda RVF400 NC35 of this calibre. Once started the V4 engine makes a wonderful deep bellowing wail rising to a crescendo as the revs rise. The riding experience, more than matches the sight and sound of this machine. It is extremely quick with amazing sharp responsive handling, reassuring brakes and overall provides a unique visceral experience.
You will note that the Isle of Man number plate is still fitted. However, if this motorcycle sells to a UK buyer we have the IOM registration document and will undertake the process for the customer to re-register it with its original UK number inclusive in the advertised price.
