Classic American Car sales sold this nice driver quality 1966 Mustang fastback in 2017 to a lovely couple and now they are ready to pass it on to new caretakers as their busy lives mean they just are not using it as much as they want to so they have decided to move the car on to new caretakers and have asked us to handle the sale on a consignment basis. Classic American Car sales does not own the car. Any offers will be directed to the owners to make the final decision. The car is able to be viewed at the Classic American Car sales shop near Colchester Essex
NOTE: Feb 2024, Car was taken for a few little jobs to one of our trusted mechanics (Chapel Hill Garage, Braintree) and an MOT was performed and the car has passed. Car was driven by myself for 26 miles home and I can report it sounds amazing, the engine has PLENTY of power and the transmission shifts positively and feels nice and tight. Drive was exemplary.

Candy Apple red over a red vinyl interior. The car has been well cared with only a few marks as found on any well taken care of and enjoyed enthusiasts car
Fold down rear seats with trunk pass through
Engine has been rebuilt with less than 300 miles since completion
Sensibly a new clutch was installed whilst the engine was being rebuilt.

* Door Hinge Check Arm Lower is supplied but needs to be fitted if wanted. This is the piece that stops the door opening too far. Hinge operates fine
* Fuel level indicator only goes from ¼ empty to ¼ full
* Some micro blisters on paintwork
* Roof paintwork slight cracking on clear coat
