Beschreibung
Lovely example of the Indian Chief inspired Kawasaki VN800 Drifter.
Lots of service documents kept in folder and every MOT from new and mileage is genuine.
MOT until June 2024. Superb Runner and beautiful looking.
There is a small patch of raised lacquer by the fuel filler cap which is not easy to see when looking at the bike.
I cannot ride anymore doe to illness so trust me, this is a really reluctant sale. Designed as a sketch in 1996 by the legendary Don Eade AMA Hall of Fame rider, Daytona winner and historian, as a project on what an Indian might be like if the Springfield factory had not closed the doors.
It then went to Denny Berg of Dream Machine who built up the prototype and in 1999 it was launched and remained in production until 2006.
This particular bike is featured in the book ? the Kawasaki Drifter- A Celebration of an iconic motorcycle?
