Restoration was started by the previous owner and requires a few finishing touches
The bike was running when the current owner purchased it and will require re-commissioning
The Raleigh RM4 differed from some other Raleigh models by having front suspension and a stylish fuel tank across the centre of the frame
The model also benefitted with drum braking front and rear
