This beautiful and attractive NSU-Fiat Topolino with Weinsberg bodywork is unique in many ways. What's more, it's also a very pleasant car to drive. The car comes in a historic green colour with a matching black leather interior. The NSU-Fiat Topolino is a special car in its own right. Most Topolinos were produced in Italy, but a number of models were also produced at the NSU-Fiat plant in Heilbronn. These can be identified by the NSU-Fiat logo on the front, wheel trims and mud flaps. Near Heilbronn is the town of Weinsberg, where the cabriolet version of the Topolino was designed and produced. Fewer than 500 examples of this model were made, making it the most expensive variant of the Topolino. And to make it even more special: a small number of these examples were produced with doors, including this NSU-Fiat Topolino from 1947. This particularly beautiful car has been in the Netherlands since 1952 and was fully restored some time ago. The original blue colour has been changed to a beautiful historic green with a beautiful black leather interior. The car is fitted with stylish bumpers, fender protectors, a spare wheel cover (with NSU/ Fiat logo), mini running boards and extra indicator lights. The latter may not be original, but it is compulsory in various countries and is safe. The magnificent exhaust tip is a customisation and the signature of the qualified restorer. The interior and exterior are in excellent and very good condition. The paintwork is still in very good condition and the various chrome parts and trim are also in near-perfect condition. The body parts fit together very well. The leather upholstery is still in good condition and the dashboard is also very nice and attractive. All the instruments work properly (including the side indicators). The nice, simple chairs are comfortable and sturdy. The soft top is not new, but it is in excellent condition, and everything under the bonnet also looks clean and tidy. The 570cc engine (called overhead valve) runs particularly smoothly and quietly. The car does exactly what you'd expect. Gear changes are also very fluid and the steering is pleasant. It's clear that a lot of love and attention has gone into this unique and fun classic car. The car is also fitted with a fuel tap, so that the fuel supply can be turned off when the car is at a standstill.
