The 2019 BMW M240i F22, part of BMW’s iconic 2 Series range, continued the brand’s tradition of compact, performance-driven cars. Launched as a successor to the previous 1 Series Coupe, the M240i offered a balance of sharp handling, power and refinement along with the beat of that six-cylinder drum.
Under the bonnet, the M240i featured a 3-litre inline-six engine, turbocharged to deliver 335bhp and 500Nm of torque, making it a serious performer in its class. This engine, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and available with rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive (xDrive), enabled the M240i to sprint from 0-60mph in just 4. 4 seconds. A perfect blend of power and agility, its rear-wheel drive configuration, precise steering and rear-biased suspension allowed for a truly engaging driving experience.
The Car:
This 2019 model presents beautifully in the rare Long Beach Blue (an optional colour) with Black Dakota leather interior. The car also benefits from optional extras such as Harman Kardon sound, folding mirrors, heated seats, Apple CarPlay, professional navigation and sun protection glass.
The full original book pack is present, as are all tools and the locking wheel nut key. There are a couple of marks commensurate with age, all of which are covered in the image gallery. The front number plate also carries a mark. The car benefits from a long MOT, most recently issued without advisories. Two brand new Michelin Pilot Sport tyres were fitted at the start of March 2025, which adds further peace of mind, as does the fact that the most recent service was less than 3, 000 miles ago.
