Description
THE WOLSELEY 1500 was built around the Morris Minor floor pan and, along with its sister car the Riley 1. 5, offered uprated luxury motoring when it first appeared on the scene in the late 1950s. This 1964 model in two-tone blue and cream is a lovely example with its added charm coming in the form of a super interior with oodles of excellent red leather and burr walnut woodwork. A super little driver with a rock solid structure and, looking at the old MoTs etc, it appears to have done around 38, 000 miles with the change to a new speedo pinpointed in the car's history file. I believe it spent a large amount of time off the road way back in the 1970s/ 80s. There are some very feint lines in the paintwork on the top of the driver's side front wing. I am leaving them as they are. You could easily blow in some blue on that area should you choose. It is neither rust nor rot.
