1961 Norton Dominator 600cc
Believed to be a rare 600 SS / Twin carb head model
which was only made for one year in 1961
The Norton Dominator 600 SS (600cc) was a high-performance variant
of the Norton Dominator 99, introduced in 1961. It featured an upgraded
engine with polished inlet ports, a hotter camshaft
(shared with the Manxman), and the option of twin Amal Monobloc carburettors.
The 600 SS was produced for only a year, making it a rare model, as it was
replaced by the 650SS in 1962.
