W124 is a series of Mercedes renowned for robust engineering, timeless design, and high-quality craftsmanship. In November of 2024, the W124 Cabriolet was put into the hands of an independent Mercedes-Benz specialist, MB Nottingham, for its routine maintenance. The specialists carried out a health check of the car, carried out an automatic gearbox service, replaced the spark plugs, carried out a brake fluid change, replaced the poly V-belt and tensioner, and carried out a B-service. Just a few hundred miles later, it will come as no surprise that the Mercedes smoothly switches through the gears and the 3. 2L engine pulls strongly throughout the rev range.
