This Beetle was the pride and joy of a lifelong VW enthusiast who invested countless hours and resources into creating something very special. The engine alone is a hand-built 2. 3-litre unit with Gene Berg carbs, costing in the region of £18, 000, and was recently fitted by Herbie Hospital in North Yorkshire.
