Description
This BMW Alpina B6 2. 8 was manufactured in March 1981 as #244 of approximately 533 built during a production run from 1978 to early 1983. The B6 used a modified version of the 528’s 2. 8L inline-six, and the company installed a five-speed manual transmission, a limited-slip differential, 15″ Classic wheels, uprated suspension and braking components, sport seats, a MOMO steering wheel, front and rear spoilers and special trim. This example was first delivered in Germany, where it was acquired in 2020 by the current owner. Approximately €35k of refurbishment work between 2022 and 2023 involved repainting the bodywork, refreshing the interior, and rebuilding the engine and overhauling the brakes and suspension. A stainless-steel exhaust system was also installed, and the clutch, driveshaft, and tires were replaced. This E21 Alpina B6 is now offered with factory manuals, refurbishment records, Alpina Delivery and Confirmation Certificates, and Belgian registration.
