I’m parting with this MBK 51 Club moped because I don’t use it enough and I want to make space for other projects. It’s a 51 Club dating from 1995 (mines NM3 type homologated by Mines in December 1990). I’ve owned this moped for several years and I’ve fully restored it in 2022-2023. All the parts on it are original. The registration certificate was issued in 2023. Since its re-commissioning, it has shown 465 km on the odometer (slightly variable). It has tackled rallies and runs over 100 km without any issues. It’s a light, comfortable and sprightly machine that climbs hills without flinching. It’s therefore fully run-in and reliable. All wear components are new, including the speedo drive and the speedo cable. A full repaint has been carried out (basecoat + gloss). The tank shows no internal oxidation. It has been “restomodded” (application of a resin to the inner walls of the tank, preventing metal from contacting air and water). The engine has been completely overhauled and refurbished (new bearings, new Airsal cylinder, *** from the period new, Gurtner AR1-13 carburettor new from the period, original Moryama ignition). With this machine you just get on the road, enjoy the scenery and the scent of two-stroke. I’m not in a rush to sell.
