In second-generation form there's more power, direct fuel injection, revised Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) working in conjunction with Porsche Traction Management (PTM) all-wheel drive, and a mechanically locking rear differential. Delivering 385 hp, 186 mph and a 0-62 mph sprint time of just 4. 7 seconds, this is a 911 you can truly enjoy – all year round.
Add beautifully sculpted rear arches, 44mm wider across the rear than its 2 S brother, and a 6-speed manual 'box, and you've hit the sweet spot for driver engagement.
This one looks fabulous in Guards red, sitting on 19 inch Carrera S II alloy wheels with black Zunsport grilles for the front air intakes. It is further equipped with a sunroof and rear ParkAssist.
The addition of a Hayward & Scott rear silencer bypass enhances the driving experience, delivering a more purposeful note while retaining the unmistakable character of the flat-six.
Inside, black leather extends across the seats, dash, centre console and door trims, whilst the steering wheel, gearstick gaiter, handbrake lever and centre armrest lid have been professionally retrimmed in Alcantara by Royal Steering Wheels.
The factory Aluminium Trim package provides a subtle contrast, whilst Guards red seat belts introduce a pop of colour. Hard-backed Sport seats with embossed Porsche crests, complete the interior.
Equipment includes the BOSE Surround Sound System and PCM with navigation, telephone module and universal audio interface.
The car has had just four keepers from new, with the current owner having cared for it since August 2017. It is supported by a comprehensive history file, including a collection of invoices and receipts for well-considered maintenance. The service book shows eight stamps, four with Porsche main dealers, followed by servicing with a respected independent specialist.
