Description
On offer is this delightful Fiat 500L styled as an Abarth Replica and with many period bodywork and mechanical enhancements. These include many Abarth parts fitted to a Fiat 650cc engine including Abarth valve cover, Abarth sump pan and cowling.
The thick history file details a restoration in the early nineties supported by notes and invoices from 1991 to the present day - the car has clearly been cherished! Although exempt, it has been MoT tested as recently as last year and covered few miles since.
To compliment the upgraded engine, it has been fitted with a sports manifold, Weber carburettor and fuel pum, reconditioned gearbox, new clutch and front disc brakes.
Finished in bright red, with black and red sports seats, the car sits on a set of super rare bolt on Borrani wire wheels, the receipt for which is in the file and were over £1500 on their own.
Overall the car is in lovely condition with just a few minor marks which are only visible on closer inspection, there MoT certificates in the file dated back until 1991, you can't help smiling when you drive it!
In the file is a book over period road tests to keep you amused as well as a Haynes manual.
Full workshop inspection carried out, report available, sold behalf of the owner and without warranty.
Available for viewing in our dry, well lit sales barn - by appointment please.
