1972 Clan Crusader in very good condition, fitted with front radiator, Clan Club higher rate front springs on screwed adjustable platform AVO dampers. Front disc brakes (X1/ 9), front wishbone galvanized, special bonnet as Jade Clan. Battery box lowered in central box between the wishbones. Converted to Irish Pod-Up headlights and bumper. Interior seats recovered with cloth, centre panels, dashboard and door cards recovered in same material. Rear wishbones and cross member galvanized. All brake lines in copper with braided corners, rear disc brakes (X1/ 9), standard gearbox, low miles since 'Dave Weedon' rebuild, roller bearing clutch release. 1040cc engine built from 930 block using brand new Heolite pistons (Large Pin), balanced crank, rods (polished 930), EN8 billet flywheel, block strengthening kit, large pump, bronze drive gear, large baffled sump and unleaded-head. Brand new large valve (1. 4) head, R20 Cam, multi-hole sprocket, Janspeed combination in/ ex-manifold with twin Webber 40's, bike silencer. Running on 'Megajolt' mapped ignition (software & cable supplied), 930 water pump, small high output alternator. Deep alloy pulleys, ITG foam air-filter, oil cooler, remote rear starter in engine bay. Rear of the car has a flat engine cover and Irish rear lights and bumper. 13 x 5. 5 Minilite type wheels with almost new 167/ 70/ 13 Khumo tyres. This engine has done less than 200 miles since rebuild.
Paint has suffered from micro-blisters on top half (ie., bonnet, roof & rear engine cover), it would benefit from having a top-half re-spray to make this car 'mint' again, still a very impressive car.
