Daihatsu f50 taft, less than 10 still on the road, the car starts and runs ok, the only part it needs is a new front diff, as the one on it has a load of play on the propshaft. this could possibly be fixed with new bearings, or a early daihatsu fourtrak one will fit. bodywork is 90 percent done, just needs some more sanding and the door tops making. chassis is solid, as is the engine and gearbox. a new battery is fitted and a more modern alternator for better charging. The lights all need wiring up and the dash, which is custom made from varnished wood, with extra gauges and switches. there is a modern radio with bluetooth and 3 way speakers mounted in the bulkhead, which is carpeted in accustic black carpet which is on the cabin roof also and covers the rear load compartment. it has age related wheels which have been shotblasted and repainted, with 4 just legal tyres. there are chrome spotlights on the front, no winch . all the brakes have new shoes and pads fitted, a new clutch when i replaced the gearbox. all in all if you get stuck in this could be on the road in a few months. the details below
